heel pain treatment in the Greater Houston area | Experienced Houston Area PodiatristsPersistent heel pain is distracting and has a way of demanding your attention. It starts with that sudden, sharp jab first thing in the morning, builds to a consistent ache throughout the day, and continues as a soreness that never seems to go away. When heel pain disrupts your routine and affects your quality of life, your body is saying something needs attention.

At Neville Foot & Ankle Centers, we understand that heel pain isn’t just a foot problem—it’s a life problem. Our podiatrists take the time to listen, evaluate, and truly understand what’s causing your pain. It may be heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, tendon strain, or another underlying issue. With nearly four decades of experience and our comprehensive, in-house diagnostics, we focus on solutions that bring real relief, not temporary fixes.

With four convenient locations in The Woodlands, Magnolia, Spring, and Conroe, skilled care is always close to home. From conservative therapies to advanced treatments, our goal is simple: help you walk, stand, and move comfortably again—without pain holding you back.

We Provide Targeted Care That Gets You Back on Your Feet

At Neville Foot & Ankle Centers, heel pain treatment begins with a thorough evaluation. Your podiatrist will review your symptoms, medical history, activity level, and footwear habits, followed by a detailed foot and ankle exam. We may use in-house imaging, such as X-rays or ultrasound, to identify inflammation, bone spurs, tendon involvement, or structural issues.

Once the cause of your heel pain is identified, we create a customized treatment plan focused on relieving pain and preventing recurrence. Treatment may include anti-inflammatory therapies, custom orthotics, supportive bracing, physical therapy, or advanced in-office treatments designed to reduce inflammation and promote healing. These may include MLS Laser Therapy for heel pain, Lapiplasty for bunions, or Remy Class IV Laser therapy for plantar fasciitis.

For patients with persistent or severe heel pain, we also offer minimally invasive and surgical options when conservative care isn’t enough. No matter the severity, our approach is always patient-centered, effective, and designed to get you comfortably back on your feet.
