I was so nervous about getting my ingrown toenail looked at. I had heard horrible stories about how the procedure to have an ingrown removed is horribly painful, so I was dreading my appointment. Dr. Neville and his staff immediately put my nerves at ease. They are SO welcoming and warm. I had to take my baby with me to my first appointment because my babysitter didn’t work out, and the whole office was so sweet to him! Many offices aren’t fond of children so I was very worried, but they were so kind and for my next appointment I didn’t even try to find a babysitter. During the actual little surgical procedure, Dr. Neville was very aware that I was nervous. He told me exactly what he was doing throughout the whole procedure and kept asking me how I was doing. Now it’s almost completely healed and looking great! Overall, I wish I could go to this office for all of my medical problems, not just for my feet. Dr. Neville has excellent bedside manner, and is willing to answer any and all questions. His staff is happy and helpful, and I love that you can tell they all enjoy working together and they all enjoy their jobs. What an awesome office. I can’t say enough good things about this office and Dr. Neville. I’m so grateful to have been referred to him!

Your bedside manner is amazing from the day of diagnosis to the day of the operation. You explain in detail what and why my foot is hurting to just listening.
